Processing Time
Orders are typically processes within 1-3 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During product launches or periods of higher volume, processing time may be longer than normal.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered.
Current rates include:
-Stickers: Flat-rate shipping of $1.99
-Apparel and hats: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout
Shipping rates may be updated as our product offerings expand.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
-Stickers-5-8 business days
-Apparel and hats-3-7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
Salt Magnolia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will review the claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement of the packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.
