Salt Magnolia Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We want you to love your Salt Magnolia purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition; free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage; and returned with original tags and packaging when applicable. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Stickers
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom products
• Items marked as final sale
Exchanges
If you need a different size or received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong item was received, the item arrived damaged, or the item has a manufacturing defect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
